Terrible location. I ordered the spicy kids meal and was asked if I wanted to upgrade my fry for a dollar. I agreed but when I opened my box it was a small. The chicken wasn’t cooked well and only part of it was “spicy”. Make sure you check your things before driving off.

The young black lady at the drive through window was very rude and she didn’t finish my order. She handed me my food so rudely. I had to go in just to get my order right. The lady who fixed my order was nice. Should have gotten their names. Her name was J’la.

I don’t like leaving reviews but today was such a terrible experience that I am afraid that I must. First we received someone’s order and did not realized until we made it home. Then when we went back to return it it the manager tried to argue that it was yesterdays order. But the receipt clearly stated it was today. We finally get our order and because we were in a rush we did not check but once again they screwed up our order leaving off the side of fries okra. We decided to let it slide and just eat our food but some pieces where raw. I won’t order from them again.

This is my second trip to this location and the first time they were out of wicked wings and today they may ss well not have had them. I fell in love with these wings a few years ago at the location on Gus Thomason and I know what they’re supposed to taste like , Sorry to say don’t waste your time and money on these wicked wings. I will never go back to this location.

Overpriced, rude, stingy with condiments that come with your order that you paid for, oh and did I mention bad service. You can spend the same amount for a fairly healthier meal and not be treated like you are a criminal trying to lie about not receiving the gravy that came with your order.

Not great. I ordered 9 piece wicked wings. I got 7 wings mostly fat. And a chicken tender. Not to happy. I went through the driv thru. I asked for ranch and ketchup at the drive thru speaker and again at window. I didn’t get any. I understand they was busy but, I need for them to hear my order.

Very very very bad experience 🙁 I had a family reunion therefore I ordered about $60 worth of food to get chicken strips that are as thick as my fingers and im a ring size 5.5 . I thought I payed for the family meal of 25 chicken strips and 3 large sides but the two sides of fries where not even halfway full and the one mashed potato side was 2 small ones instead of one big one. Even though it was a small container they didnt even fill it up but halfway through a SMALL CONTAINER!! I basically only got a total of one small side of mashed potatoes that was divided in two small containers that shouldve been 2 large!! on top of that they didnt even have the zing powder and wanted me to buy the $6 seasoning extra. And also, was missing a roll. I was already at the reunion when I found out and nobody was able to eat comfortably because of how thin the strips where and how the sides where not even halfway. Very very bad experience at such and expensive place. I wouldnt mind paying if it was fairly portioned but it was a total mess!!
