Waited close to an hour in the drive through for a mobile order and then after sitting for so long decided to just go in and grab it which was a disgruntled mess with a manage just looking to escape. Paid $20 for the wrong size drinks and a cold sandwhich. This is why america runs on dunkin.

Drive thru is friendly and nice, but walked in to order and stood at the cashier register and nobody even acknowledged me. Waited for several minutes before asking for help. Very rude, you can at least say I’ll be with you in a minute. Poor customers service.
