Ordered a pizza and cheese bread and they forgot to make my cheese bread. So they put my pizza in a warmer for 10 minutes while they made my cheese bread and by the time I got my pizza it was so overdone…the cheese was hard and the pizza was sauce less.

In truth, I expected more from Cassano’s. I have eaten at a number of different locations and have never been disappointed. However, I was not pleased with my last visit. I waited 40 minutes to get cold food that was not what I ordered.

Unusually delicious, fresh, and exactly like I ordered. This time the call center got it wrong. They confirmed my location for pick up before we ended the call. Somehow it was made and I had to pick it up across town. Not fresh, and the appearance wasn’t appetizing like usual.

Casssnos has good wings…BUUUUT, the fact that they are extremely fatty, takes away from full enjoyment. I had to pull the skin off and oick through ro find little traces of meat here and there….50% chicken, 50% fat. I can’t fill up on these wings for picking all the fat away. Even the skin is slick and fatty. Maybe taste better if they were baked to a slight crisp. Maybe its just me, but the feeling of fat in mouth makes me want to vomit . If my bones aren’t left bare, the chicken wasn’t good.

Ordered from a location (Main St.) literally 4-5 minutes from my home yet I still received a cool to room temperature pizza…… didn’t receive my 2 liter which I was charged for and was told there was no way to know how long it’d take for a redelivery. Had already left a tip which I hugely regret, the delivery guy left my pizza on the porch and called to let me know it was outside. He knew if he met us at the door we’d discover the pizza was cool. I was offered a refund on my 2 liter and an 8 dollar credit towards another order for “next time”. There won’t be a next time. Paid 33 dollars for pizza that had to be microwaved and no 2 liter, then offered substandard reconciliation. Won’t patronize again. Terrible way to treat people when YOUR company and employees are taking money and ruining people’s meals. My kids were so excited……..until it arrived.
