We are a small, local, family owned Chinese restaurant that has been in business for more than 10 years. We serve anything from Szechuan to Hunan style Chinese cusine with over 100 items on our menu cooked by amazing chefs. Some favorites include our house made crab rangoons, lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken. We are open everyday Monday- Sunday, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Our previous profile with 4.1 stars and over a hundred reviews was recently deleted on google.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken for my kids. The portion was huge and the chicken was legit white meat chicken breast, not some mystery sludge. The sauce was really good too, it stayed a sauce in the fridge and didn’t turn into jello.. We got several meals out of it. I may update this review after we’ve tried other dishes, but just based on the S/S chicken I was impressed.

Great food and a lot of it. I worked at a Chinese restaurant as a teen and am pretty particular about where I go to. Strip mall places usually all have a pretty generic bland taste, but China Best is the exception. We’ve tried many different things on the menu and they have all been great.

Best Chinese food in Howell, but wow is their work ethic poor. They are never open on time and sometimes they are hours late. At least 15 times have had to go elsewhere because of their laziness.

Truly authentic Chinese food. The best food I’ve ever had!!!! The portions are huge, enough for 2-3 meals. Friendly staff and fair prices. Definitely recommend this place, a hidden gem, that’s for sure!!

Extremely disappointing. I got sesame chicken, which was soggy, and over breaded, the spring rolls were also soggy and tasteless, my boyfriend got beef with broccoli, the beef was mostly fat, the wonton soup was…ok, it’s pretty hard to mess up wonton soup. The little girls who were working the counter and answering the phones are absolutely delightful and very polite, both over the phone and in person, but none of the adults who were there even acknowledged me, which felt weird.

This place is absolutely awful—avoid at all costs or just make your own frozen Chinese food at home. The food is bland, the beef is disgusting, the white rice is boxed Minute Rice. Lo Mein noodles had literally no flavor. The crab ragoons were good though. Do not eat here.

One of the absolute best restaurants in our community. Wonderful people own and run this place. Always kind, always let me order last minute(they close just after I get out of work) and they’ve fed me great food and I love them for it . Wow! I mean…wow! I just moved to the area and hadn’t tried China Best yet. I have tried other local Chinese restaurants and they were all similar to what you’d expect from a typical Chinese place. Not bad, but not special. I was working my way down the list of places to try in my area. Search over. China Best is exactly as the name suggests. This may be the best Kung Pao I’ve ever had. I stopped mid meal (haven’t even had my Hunan pork yet) because it’s so good people should know about it. What is it that you put on these egg rolls?!? I’ll tell you what it is, pure awesome! The flavor is dynamic. If you are looking for Chinese food that stands out above the rest this is the place to go. Incredible! Consider me a future regular.
