Food was delicious as usual. Service was very slow due to the place being absolutely slammed with customers. The atmosphere was crowded and tense due to lots of hungry people clambering for food. The staff was flat out. Which I like. I like to see fast food employees with a sense of urgency. The dining room was clean. Tables were wiped off well and no trash on the floor or slippery spots.

The burger was cold enough that the cheese wouldn’t melt and the fries were undercooked and tasteless, the service was incredibly fast and I was incredibly hungry so I can’t complain too much. They suggested that I try the comeback sauce and I was very impressed, it tastes like a ketchup-mayonnaise mixture with incredible seasoning.

I came in with a bad mood, went to Popeyes next door and they “closed their kitchen at 8 although I placed an online order and got there at 8:15. Walked across the street to jacks and the manager Tay seen the discouragement on my face. She asked about my day and I threw up my story on her. She told me not to worry we’ll definitely take care of you. Make your day better. All my food was made fresh and she brought it to my table herself. Definitely turned my mood around!!!
