I like to eat here occasionally as a reminder to myself that taco bell is never as good as I think it will be. Ordering anything beyond something simple like a taco or quesadilla is a questionable choice because the workers are paid next to nothing, so who can blame them for putting next to no effort into making something like a crunchwrap.

There should be a no stars option. This is no star review. I visit TB weekly however this is not my preferred location but stopped in due to proximity. Ordered food and wanted upcharge for frozen drink. I was charged full price for drink. The cashier said she would refund difference. Manager totally refused. I tried to explain and showed that when I ordered online it was not full price. Refused to credit the difference. Gave me stale churros and said I could go. Manager called over another employee to tell him the situation in front of me and both began to laugh. Two customers behind me left!!! Needless to say won’t visit there again. Yuk! No customer service or professionalism…got home wasn’t even my order. 15$ earnings for TB.

Favorite guilty pleasure. This location was completely rebuilt and everything is essentially brand new. Drive thru is a little slow even when there arent any cars, but food and service is always good at this location.

Very rude, uninviting, & arrogant staff. While food tastes like any other Taco bell, it is the atmosphere and overall vibe of the place that makes you enjoy the food. While we ordered, waited, and consumed our dinner — we saw at least 4 altercations of staff with customers in less than 35 minutes. Staff was super rude and made fun of various (drive thru) customers loud enough that other guests seated inside can hear it clear and were visually uncomfortable/in shock. Apparently the manager of the shift was viciously verbally attacking someone in the car – calling them names while other staff cheered. Good Values! Our 3 year old learnt a lot that evening from them. And we learnt to avoid that place for ever.

I have never had a taco bell tell me no about adding beans to my Quesadilla order. It’s Taco bell, if the keyosk allows me to add something to my order I shouldn’t be told no this is an issue with management which I am going to fix. Do things right and you won’t make a mess.
