I have ordered from the restaurant regularly for a year or so with no problem. Good service, and quick. However, they have gotten my order wrong twice in the past week. The first time, no big deal, the second time, they put cheese on my sandwich, which I am allergic to. This might have been understandable, except it is a sandwich that does not come with cheese. When they asked if I wanted to add cheese on it, I said no. I took several bites before I realized that there was cheese on it. Now I’m unfortunately going to be sick, or worse, for the next 24-72 hours. There is a reason I order sandwiches that don’t come with cheese – so I won’t forget to ask them to leave it off. Super bizarre that even after they asked specifically about cheese, and I said no, they still put it on. I think maybe they have hired new folks who need more training or something, but I’m going to be hesitant to eat there for the time being.

When I want to see a menu, I want to see a menu. I don’t want to sign up for pickup or delivery.When I got a sort of menu . It mentioned combos and sandwiches. But not what is on them.Show a menu and and give a description of the sandwich. Then I can consider if I want to order. The one star is exaggerated. I have had your sandwiches.But in store purchase.

Fast delivery, definitely. Friendly service, sure. I like the people that work here and the family that runs it. Unfortunately, I have to give it a two-star. I’m very particular about what I want on my wrap. I used to work at Jimmy John’s and I prided myself on order accuracy. However, my single wrap orders are often wrong. I’d say 3/5 times there is something missing on my wrap. There’s usually no problem in getting my order fixed, but it’s obviously more of a hassle especially on delivery orders. I honestly feel like the Peoria stores pay a lot more attention to detail. These young sandwich makers need more accountability in my opinion.

One of the first things you notice at this Jommy John’s is the ample staff on hand to quickly process your order. There is no long wait and your service is freaky fast dining in as well as via delivery. There are some good sandwich choices and the sandwiches are large and stuffed full of fillings be they meat, cheese, or whatever. The bread tastes the freshest of any I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Jimmy John’s is a great place for a filling, good tasting sandwich.

Twice we have gone thru drive-thru and we watched a young man make our sandwich with his mask down under his nose. Both times I brought it to their attention but apparently that didn’t do any good or they just don’t care about the mandate or protecting their customers. I will really think hard before going to Jimmy John’s again.

Went through the drive through today. Ordered 2 sandwiches. I asked for a 10 inch #6 no mayo extra guacamole and a #5. Got 2 small subs. The #6 was not only the wrong size but had mayo, no guacamole, and no avocado. The order was given to them twice. I promise I will never spend my money there again. What a disappointment and waste of money.
