I ordered a burrito, large chip bag and guacamole. The chips were stale, and the guacamole had the stem of the avocado in it and about half of the avocado wasn’t mashed. The burrito was okay but compared to the other times it want good unfortunately. I hope they fix it because I enjoy chipotle 🙁

Last two times the chips are completely stale and gross. Missed the expensive guac in my bowl, see pic. Grub hub also has the wrong address for this location so it sent the driver to West instead of East. Thankfully food is still warm and tastes good.

Love the food at Chipotle normally but this particular location has a lot to be desired. The staff here are so rude and incompetent. They act like they’re being bothered by having customers. MY food is always cold and pick up orders are incorrect . I ordered quesadillas and they gave me no cheese on either order. Also got charged for and ordered sour creme but received none. It was even printed on the order ticket that was on each container in the order ” qusadilla and sour creme” and they still managed to make the order incorrect. They obviously dont check tickets before making the order or they just dont care. Then when I tried calling them they don’t answer the phone. They just hang up keeping up on me. I don’t know , i guess i will try going to another location from now on.

Went in on Saturday 04/01/23 OH Boy! I couldn’t believe my eyes , place was a Disaster!! Very very messy! Talking about kitchen area , Counter Top and floor, Food area, cashiers area , Dinning area was TERRIBLE!!! was going to take pictures to post them ,but didn’t want to make people uncomfortable Or more aware of the situation, but I do have to say SOMETHING!

So I never leave reviews but I go to this chipotle all the time since I live down the street but I just had to say what the hell is up with this? It seems like lately I come I’m forced to ask for a million vinaigrette because someone is putting a splash of it in the containers. Do better chipotle.

Bad experience. Not only were they late to open. But as soon as the lady opened the door she looked had a mean look on her face and didn’t even greet us. When she put my burrito together it was wrapped almost into a ball, didn’t look like a burrito. I then asked her if she can cut the burrito for my son and I and she quickly pointed to the plastic knifes and said no. Really bad attitude
