Do NOT go here!! We went at 7pm on a SATURDAY!!! Cold food and check out this watery gravy!! It tasted like pepper water!!! After waiting and trying to get their attention, I had to honk 4x to get someone to come to the window when I clearly saw the employee sitting in front of the computer in the corner looking at me. They had forgotten to put the jalapeño poppers in the bag. I understand mistakes happen but when they approached the window they had an attitude. Customer service is obviously not important at this place!

I usually have no issues with this location but this time today I went during lunch. I ordered a 10 piece with okra and a jalapeño pepper with a lemonade. When I got to the window the woman didn’t even remember my order. The main issue is the chicken was not fresh nor was the okra. With the way the economy is 18 $ bucks is a lot of money to be paying for non fresh food. That’s unacceptable. I couldn’t go back because I was on lunch.

Under cooked chicken!They only cooked it for 15 minutes. Refused to correct the issue or give me my money back or even LOOK to see if was actually UNDER COOKED! Rude staff! Kimberly and staff pretty much told me I was lying and to come back Friday when the manager Laura Oropea came back, and it was her discussion not to correct the issue. Bring the under cooked chicken back on Friday they said; today is Wednesday. Im a Boss what do I look like holding onto 10 UNDER COOKED white meat pieces of chicken for 4 days that cost $33.04, I’m seriously offended. Would not recommend eating or wasting money here! Would give a 0 star.

I’ve never written one of these before, so take that for what you will. Went by today after work. They said it would be a 20 min wait for special chicken they have right now. Ok fine, I’ll get something else. I asked for a 3 piece, and asked for at least 1 breast. They said all they had was wings. Ok fine, not their fault. I ask if they have tenders. They do so I get an order that me and husband can share, w an extra biscuit and extra side for me. I get home and they forgot my biscuit. Now I’m annoyed. All I like about church’s is their biscuits and they repeated my order back to my 4 times. Their was no other customers and no one in line before me. This isn’t even the 1st time we’ve had something go wrong at this location. Just the biscuit breaking the camels back. DO NOT COME HERE, unless you enjoy being disappointed.
