I’m a regular when it comes to CAVA, I know how good it can be.. But my experience at Ashburn was just horrible. Soggy ingredients; like falafel, avocado, UNCOOKED/SOGGY rice, and bland pickled onions. Keep in mind, this was a PICK UP. And I ate it in like 10 mins, which shouldn’t have gone THIS bad. I know how great and delicious it can be, but.. There’s no excuse for soggy/cold food when you pay $20+ for it. Overall it was a 4/10 compared to other branches.

it was my first time coming to cava and the employees were super nice & patient! they helped me out with suggestions on how to make my bowl better & the final product was delicious! super friendly & they know how to keep a customer happy. definitely recommend this place! environment is kept nicely cleaned as well!

So the food here is usually pretty good. Usually pretty fresh. The only complaint I have is the customer service and the skimpy servings of rice and greens. But I do love cava as a whole. I would love to see them try to be more flexible with the servings. I do frequent this location often.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE. The workers there act like scooping the food is coming out of their own paycheck. Ordered a green and grains bowl if that’s what they’re even called. They added a single grain of rice, literally no rice. They added a CRUMB of corn. There was absolutely no corn or rice I was baffled. Get this, I ordered dressing because why would you not get a dressing, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE TO ADD ANY. NOT EVEN A DROP. So, I was eating literally just straight lettuce and a dry, DRY bowl. This is why I will forever go to chipotle from now on. This experience has made me HATE Cava. Get some new workers because they act like putting a drop of food will cause them to lose money from their paycheck. Literally got less then how much I payed. I got scammed, I’m starving, and now I’m in a worse mood than I was before. SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THESE HORRIBLE WORKERS, SCAMMERS, AND TERRIBLE FOOD.

It’s nice place and staff is very friendly. I used to visit this place in weekend and food quality is very good. They care about the hygiene and you will see the very clean space. Nice place to eat but busier spot sometimes.
