The only delivery that always comes perfect. Sandwiches are not skimpy and if you customize it, it’s the way you want it. My orders are never wrong or missing something. The delivery drivers are the best. Freaky Fast, kind, and so friendly. I have probably ordered 50 times from this store and never once was disappointed. I hate to order from other food places because it comes inaccurate, cold, soggy, have to wait forever, on and on excuses. JJ Rules!

Both my son and I love jimmy johns sandwiches. Got to where we were eating 3 times a week easily, for months on end. Glad they showed there true colors. I dismissed the first couple blunders. Missing pickles, drinks etc. But when they missed an entire sandwich,I called and was told they were closing in 15 minutes and not to worry they had my info and I would be credited. Fyi when I went to get what was owed to me. They knew nothing and wanted to argue. The sandwich I ‘paid for’ was finally given to me. Thanks. Although my trust is lost and I’ll go somewhere else. I remember why I stopped going to Jimmy Johns. It was like the free lunch sandwiches from middle school but unfortunately I paid for this… Definitely not worth the value. Sandwich was only one slice of roast beef lettuce and a bunch of mayo…it was literally a mayo and lettuce sandwich.

Worst Experience ever! We tried to order 9 subs. Staff was rude on phone, to the point where we switched from delivery to pickup because of concerns with food handling. I made it just in time to watch them literally throwing the subs together as I walked into the door. We where staying across street in Hampton Inn across street. I had asked for sides of vinaigrette, which they refused to do after me finally offering a 10 DOLLAR PER SUB CHARGE! No kidding! Ridiculous….Once I got back to hotel, they had shorted us a sub.
