I have never had someone hang up the phone on me on purpose just because i was asking for a manager, much less TWICE. This man who refused to give me his name did not take the time to ask me why or what i needed. I was only asking about job openings for my cousin who is a professional sushi chef himself. I suppose im glad it went this way as now i know this is not a respectable place. This establishment will not have many customers if they hire people like that answering the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope the owner of this place takes this comment into consideration and gets rid of this person. What a let down. I’ll make sure to tell my peers about this disrespectful establishment. Do not promote places without common customer service knowledge.

This use to be my go to spot when I was a soldier at ft Stewart and food and service was great. Went in this evening and waited almost an hour for my to go order, went to the checkout to inquire and they had gave my order away. He kept telling me he gave my order to a brown lady and got an attitude when he had to remake my order. I think these people may be racist and I will never spend my money with them again

Do not order from do dash they don’t respect your order or your money. If u order a specific noodle it will possibly be roman looking noodles. The only thing that taste good was the shrimp sauce

We ordered pickup and got the steak plates with veggies. That was the most bland flavor Japanese food I have ever eaten in my life. I’m guessing the better reviews is for their Sushi but I’m good. 2 stars is for the amount of food for the price.
