Horrible! Everything is burnt and dried out. The crust is so over done it could break a tooth. The bread wasn’t even sliced and could barely bite into any of it. First and last time ordering and very disappointing. Called to complain and they never apologized. Offered a credit or to remake it. Took the credit cuz who wants to wait another hour after originally placing order.

Dude, the lady behind the counter yelled at me to “STOP FILLING OUT BAD SURVEYS” adding YOU ARE BRINGING MY SCORE DOWN” she was shaking while yelling at me, I asked her why she was so upset she replied “IM OVERCAFFINATED” I stand by my concern of no promo codes offered at this store, I’m not sure if she was trying to scare me into giving her a good review or survey, but that’s not how it works. Im not sure how she can yell at customers like that, I would never let anyone talk to my mom or sisters like that. Poor/unprofessional/comical customer service. I love the pizza so I’ll be back, but she should probably stick to the back of the house, not out front with the way she speaks to customers. I’m here for the entertainment tho. This happened 4-31-23 at 10:45pm.

In this day and age racism still exists. “Manger” refused to accept my credit card from my son (ok fine). I opted to pay for the order online using the contactless option. Manager even with that option you’ll have to come in and sign it. I sent my friend (someone who looks like her) in the store with the same card. No issues. Go figure.
