Not happy with the employees and not happy with the portion size from one time to the next. One day it’s small, the next normal, and another day, small servings again. Several times recently the food was not good at all. Mushroom chicken smelt and tasted burned. And my teriyaki chicken was dry and tough.

Food is decent, very inefficient process and employees Drive thru is dreadful and poorly run. Stay open until 930 but then don’t want to make a full menu until then. If you have other options do that instead .

Went through the drive thru. Between waiting to order and waiting for food 25 minutes and never got food. Asked for money back and was told they were cooking then. I’ve been several times before and never had problem. This time, it will be a while before I try again.

This place needs new management and employees. I’ve never been more disrespected by employees. Yes, it was an hour before close but saying “we have a limited menu to order from” left me guessing how long the food they were willing to serve me had been sitting out. If you’re unwilling to provide fresh food and friendly service; you need to be in the food service industry.

This has got to be the worst panda I’ve ever been to. I love Panda and we usually eat it at least a few time a month. But the one in Lindale has gone down hill fast in the last few months. I normal get chow mein but I decided to get fried rice last time. The rice was not cooked properly and I didn’t finish it. Today my wife ran down to get us some for dinner. She waited in line for 30 min for three cars ahead of her. When she finally got to the monitor they were out of chow mein. Then they told her it would be another 7 min to cook the shrimp. She drove off with out any food you. This will be the last time we go to Panda in Lindale Tx. I’m sure nothing will change after this comment is posted. But if you want to wait in line for 40 plus minutes for “ fast food” more power to you.

This is by far the worst Panda for drive through and pickup. 2nd time ordering online for pickup showed up 20 minutes past pick up time and order wasn’t even started. If you order drive thru you will be asked to pull around and someone will bring your food to you, I’ve waited 15+ minutes for this on several occasions. It’s clean, the people are friendly and food is great. But man so unorganized. I tried to call customer service but there is no option. Regardless I’ll continue to take the Ls and order here because, well, Panda is delicious.

Food is great, restaurant is clean, but I waited for ten min as my food waited on the counter. There wasn’t anything keeping my food from being given to me. Just needing to be bagged up and handed to me. Very odd. Again, was food was great and fresh! Service was super friendly!

Clean, workers was nice, let my husband taste an item, big portions, the food was the driest most blan Chinese food I’ve ever had, the egg rolls had a very very strong ginger taste will not be back
