Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and tea at the drive thru and the woman at the intercom didn’t say the total but repeated my order. Ended up paying for and received a Cajun filet biscuit which was $6 itself. I went inside and the man at the counter said I either get my money back or the correct biscuit (which costs half the price of the one I received). Exchanged it for an egg and cheese and got no refund for the additional $3 I was charged.

Since I was ordering a large order I parked and left my grids in the car with my wife. They placed everyone’s order ahead of mine and finally after 40 minutes, when there were no one left in line they put mine together. I asked twice if anyone was working on my order and both times I was told yes. Something was very wrong with today’s service.

**WARNING BEWARE** Found out when I have been ordering at the drive thru if I say large drink when ordering a meal that does not even come with a drink the lady has been making my meal a large meal without asking me. Great food but watch how they charge you!! Yes I think this is against the law but I’m too lazy to seek legal council.

Disappointed when I ordered a chicken dinner the chicken was unedible so hard. The country ham biscuit was awful bread was hard and cold and I’ve always know there biscuits to be soft and good. That food tasted like day old food. Very disappointed to just give food like that to customers.

Disappointing to wait in line for so long and you cant get fried chicken until 10:30am or later. Maybe its just me but getting a bucket of chicken to tailgate is a southern tradition. Com’on man. Employees were very nice.

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Chicken was dried up and not fresh. $18.00 for 2 little dried up legs and a tiny little breast, a biscuit, tiny coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a salad. Unbelievable that a restaurant would serve such mess.

Cleanest Bojangales I’ve been in food was fresh chicken sandwich was so good, of course they have great sweet tea I love they put fresh cut lemons out! It wasn’t busy and there wasn’t any workers standing around that’s good management.
