Lesson learned. Today was my third attempt at ordering at this location. My first time it took two hours to deliver. The second time it took them an hour to call me to let me know they didn’t have any chicken to make my pizza. Then today I was delivered a burnt pizza. I called once it was delivered to let them know. I spoke to the manager, Dan, who told me he personally took it out of the oven and it wasn’t burnt. If this hadn’t been my third bad experience I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review or calling them. I am not one to complain, however, the situation was not handled with good customer service. They were very rude, especially for a manager trying to handle the situation.

DO NOT ORDER CALZONES!!!! I order from here regularly, and every other time except this one was bad. I ordered a calzone, cheese bread, and wings. Everything else is great do not order the calzones. I called to complain that it was burnt, the lady that answered said the problem with calzones is if they do not overcook them they are undercooked.

We’ve ordered from here so many times cause it’s very close by. It’s pretty good. Orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and most of the food is great. The ingredients always seem to be quality. The pizza is decent but I’m not CRAZY for it, but that’s just me maybe. I personally love the wings, cheesy bread and innstix the most. Especially with the garlic cream cheese. <3 My biggest and honestly only issue is that 4 out of 5 calzones we've ordered from this location have been underdone. Like the inner dough was mostly raw. After several chances and occurances I finally made a note on my most recent order about it and asked that they make sure it's DONE lol. They did. So hopefully they will continue to be. All-around a nice staple to have nearby.

I’ve never had a problem in my orders. Every thing has been pretty much great! Even when we have had a meeting for our trailer park, the pizza’s have been fantastic and LOADS of cheerse!!! And hot and I appreciate that. I will order again. I may not do so often but I will order again. God Bless.

This is the second time we’ve had to wait over the time expected to receive our order with pick up. We understand Friday nights are busy but than add a longer pick up time. Also make sure the delivery drivers pay attention which order they take as they took our order while we were waiting in the lobby for it. At that time the manager should’ve stepped into make things right but no one did. Definitely finding a different pizza place. Yes the pizza taste alright but service sucked.

It was ready when I got there and hot, pleasant atmosphere hospitality was good. Got home the pizza crust was over cooked didn’t return it the kids was hungry so they ate the toppings off and left the crust. No I didn’t call the store my granddaughter talked me out of it said don’t go back. Now that I’m doing a survey I would like to give ya’ll another chance. I had order 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings 1 one with pepperoni and ground beef and the other with pepperoni and bacon. This was my first time trying your pizza, everyone was telling me that y’all was a great pizza place so I said okay. Thank you for ready my response

I will be trying this location again, but I ordered boneless wings and breadsticks during the lunch hour. It took around 20 minutes to get these things out and it was not busy. I feel that this is a bit too long of a wait. Also, they have a buffet that looks good, but they did not mention the buffet when I was ordering, which is another sticking point for me. I feel that they should have mentioned it when I was ordering as I said I was staying there to eat. Update, the Carolina barbecue sauce was amazing.

We ordered the xl all meat, was great pizza. Would have given 5 stars, but there was a cop there trying to decide if she was going to arrest a employee. Had my 15 year old son with me, not the best atmosphere to be in at that time. But still giving 4 stars on quality of pizza, it was really good.

Have had nothing but problems with them. Ordered a simple pizza tonight over the phone and it was entered wrong in their computer by the employee. When I called them to complain and ask how they would make it right was told that my only option was to come in and pick up a new pizza which is not an option for me as I picked it up on my way home from work 20 minutes away. I chose to order over the phone because their online ordering only goes through sometimes and you won’t know until 10-15 minutes after you ordered it if it has gone through. Do not order here. Also the manager I spoke to, Dan, was less than helpful and not at all apologetic.

Got there at noon, so the crew was busy ringing up orders, making orders, taking phone orders, and making a large banquet order. This was in addition to having two delivery trucks bringing in stock.The three crew members kept their cool and provided good service through it all. Good job!
