The food is McDonald’s quality as usual, but it was so jam packed in here since it’s on the freeway. One of the employees decided to mop while there were around 40 people in line and passing in and out of the bathroom with no sign near the bathroom leading to myself and other customers slipping and almost falling. Maybe don’t mop with that many people passing in and out if there isn’t a spill, since you know it causes major safety concerns when the signs aren’t placed accordingly.

Terrible customer service . Arrived at the drive thru before closing time , a team member came out to state the car in front of me would be the last customer as she was about to put the cone out to prevent more people from coming . I asked why would that person be last and it wasn’t 11:00pm yet and I just wanted a drink and she said because her manager said so. They then turned off the drive Thru lights and Didn’t take my order or the customer in front of me in which they initially said they would . If you want to close early before closing hours put a sign you will stop orders before 11:00pm.

Not a bad visit. Bathrooms aren’t locked so that was a plus. Wait time was average. Service was average. Chicken nuggets were as expected. But this McDonalds has a great view overlooking the San Gabriel Mountains. Conveniently located.
