So the employee did not wash his hands before handling the food or wear gloves. Prior he was on his phone and used the cash register. Very un sanitary.

I’m not sure why a Pizza Hut requires a star rating to be honest. It is Pizza Hut. Fast food pizza for little money. If you’re expecting high cuisine, re-examine those expectations and dine elsewhere.
