Ordered a mcdouble no pickles. This is what we were served. (Pretty disappointed to say this isn’t the first time this same thing has happened at this location) When we returned it, because it is obviously inedible, we were met with an attitude as nasty as the burger shown. No apology, just an attitude as if it was an inconvenience to correct this problem. Then the replacement burger was still wrong. Lol, they were not busy or anything. I just don’t understand how anyone could serve this to a customer. Needless to say, I’ve lost my appetite for a favorite guilty pleasure.

Really need to work on customer service. Came in to order breakfast with my two small children. 10 minutes before 10:30 and went to use the automated computer to order. The touch screen wasn’t working and I had an employee walk past me several times and never greeted me or asked if I need any kind of assistance. Then after struggling with the computer breakfast was over and nobody still wanted to assist me in getting an order they were just very adamant about the fact that breakfast was over and they kept going about their business and they didn’t even care that I left the store. I would’ve given one star but this store was somewhat clean so I’ll give them credit for that.

Unfortunately a 0 star rating is not possible. This is the most poorly run McDonald’s in south Louisiana. My kids (who love McDonald’s) don’t even want food from this location. Orders are inaccurate very often, employees are about as friendly as a carrot, and the management staff make absolutely no effort. Save your money and drive across town to another McDonald’s. As a business owner I know how important customer reviews are. I hope the owner of this location sees this review and makes the necessary adjustments.
