What a treat! I was on a daily stroll and came across this jewel and decided to experience a local sandwhich shop. So many but appropriately limited options and very friendly and accommodating staff. One staff, of which was quite artistic and proudly offered me a glance at his creation before I paid for my toasted tuna salad and swiss sandwhich. I highly recommend this place.

I eat here multiple times a week. I work in cap hill and it’s impossible to find a decent sandwich. Yes this is a chain but it’s great. The team here is also fantastic. Major shout outs to Aranza, the guy who always wears the Michael Jordan hate, the one lady with glasses who works the register, this other dude who is not as tall as Michael Jordan hat guy, and another woman who I don’t interact with a lot but who seems very nice. Also the hot peppers are incredible. I hope the team sees this and knows how much their regular customers appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. It is one of the most positive moments of my day to be recognized by everyone there. Also great app. Thank you Aranza!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. Never have I been treated with such disrespect and in such a dismissive manner before. I have a dietary restriction being a vegetarian. I asked the spanish-speaking employee with a ponytail if he could make me a pizza melt without the meat. He ignored me and put meat in my sandwich anyways. When I told him again I am a vegetarian, he stopped making my sandwich. He not only denied me, but also said he will not make my order because he was too busy with other orders. When I asked who will make my sandwich, he said no one and told me to have a good day. I love potbelly sandwiches, but I will never set foot in that restaurant because of how poorly I was treated. What’s even worse is that there were at least 2 other people working back there as well that definitely saw this and they did nothing. They did not acknowledge anything nor offer to step in. They may not have been rude or condescending, but they are just as bad as the guy who refused me. I left the same review on yelp, because I want others to know how horrible the service was.

Chicken salad sandwich with cranberries and veggies plus a small Oreo “smoothie” (milkshake with yogurt instead of ice cream) for under $10? I’d call that very affordable! Plus most Fridays from 11 AM to 2 PM there’s live acoustic music. Really adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Clean restaurant, helpful staff, quick bite to eat, will def return.

I love sandwiches, and I tend to try different places that have subs and determine if, in my opinion, they are places I’d return to again. I have visited Potbelly twice, and I enjoyed their food. Quality is always high, and the taste is the same. When you enter the shop, you can smell and see the meats cooking.

Scrumptious sandwiches, strong menu, love the veg melt with all toppings (house made hot pickle is the bomb), and fast service (5-10 min)

Not bad. Typical of a higher quality fast food joint. A little disorganization between order taker and the person making food.

Ordered “pick your pair.” Slow service and Avo toast was made with NO AVOCADO. Didn’t realize until I walked it all the way home. And it seems like I should have gotten two of these since that would be equal to one half a sandwich??? Potbelly’s is my favorite, normally, but this was a disappointment for my first one in Seattle. Boo.

It was really nice to go to a sub shop and have a sandwich that wasn’t like every other sub I’ve ever had. Best sub sandwich I’ve had in a long time!

Sandwich made fresh in front of you. The difference between PB and others? The ingredients! They don’t skimp to meet a price target. But they will be the tastiest! I eat at this place, on average, 4 times a month. And you do have to try the milkshakes.
