This Chipotle was placed in a great location but it’s a shame that every time I return it continues to go in decline. It may seem fine but the employees are starting to affect the quality of this place. Portions, cleanliness & refilling. Some of the staff have an immature indifference, the cooks in the other hand are doing well but the cashiers & servers could be doing better. I’ll continue returning to this location hoping for good change.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to in this area. There’s always a line, the guy with glasses behind the counter is rude and doesn’t care at all when making your meal. Multiple times my food wasn’t secured correctly and it leaked inside my bag. The food is always cold and usually the taste is off. Rest assured they will give you little to no meat even when you ask for double. Avoid this location at all cost if you want to actually enjoy your meal.

Fat guy at register with dark hair and white skin is completely rude and unhelpful. He hates his job and should not be here. The lady at the cash register was not that friendly either. The steak was all dried out and no napkins in the napkin dispenser. The manager here obviously doesn’t care.

The Hispanic Girl that made my bowl today 6/15 around 4:35pm was extremely rude and skimpy with my portions while her co workers were in the back she asked if me and my guest were paying together or separate just to leave us sitting there while she helped out the next customer homegirl needs to be re trained extremely rude my first and last time coming here… when I got home I discovered that she gave my husband heavy portions she filled his to the top while mine was opposite every bowl should be equal, at this point she either a dingbat or thought my husband was cute or something she’s definitely a hater that needs to leave her feelings at the clock in booth very distasteful and unwelcoming like I said first and last time coming to this location

I hate to do this, but this place is a mess every time I go in. The food is always cold and there is never sofritas, carnitas, or barbacoa. The food had no flavor and there was a line out the door. There was only one person on the line that looked super confused. The person on the line cleaned the counter top then grabbed the trash can and proceeded to serve me food. It was really gross and I felt really bad saying anything. I felt bad for the kid he really looked like he was struggling and the manger was doing nothing to help. I feel really bad for the workers here. They always look so stressed out and have no guidance. I really think this place needs management to step up. I ask for the mangers name and the kid told me it was Kayla in charge.
