Food is fine but the service is terrible! We had a fairly large breakfast order which was wrong when we got it home. The item that was missing was something we actually had to wait on. When we called, “Sarah” who refused to give her position, said we were lying because they had not had any “holds” on that item. Our receipt was correct and she told us “the only thing she could do” was replace the item if we drive back and show our receipt. No apologies. Nothing but a sarcastic attitude and her laughter and l for our being upset at the mistreatment. She actually chastised us for objecting to being called liars. Then, to add insult to injury, she hung up in our face. Not an experience we will EVER repeat. I tried to call back to ask for the general manager our call went unanswered. All in all, a terrible experience.

I just visited this Martin’s and the initial interaction was TERRIBLE. When I arrived it was not busy at all. There were no cars wrapped around the building and there was one elderly couple in front of me who had already placed their order. I got no greeting at all. I stood there for quite a while while the employees worked filling orders, replenishing ice, etc. Finally someone ACKNOWLEDGED me and it was an employee who didn’t even greet me while I stood there all those minutes. I didn’t even think it would be her that would eventually help me because she kept doing OTHER THINGS and taking her time. I got no, “Hello, I’ll be with you in just a moment” nothing even close to it! I got, “For here or to go?” that’s it. I felt disrespected and told them so. I left and I will NEVER go back. The manager waived me down and I explained my reason for leaving. She acted as if she didn’t understand what I was telling her. She didn’t tell me that she would talk to the employee or anything. The Carrollton Martin’s will NEVER get another dime out of me.

The biscuits were tacky in the middle.

Short handed, but everyone was patient which I know helped the crew out. They really need to expand a little further south. Driving almost an hour to the nearest one makes it only for special occasions.

Don’t come to martins today. In line for 20 min behind 4 people. They have a 91yr old lady on the register/taking orders. Awsome, glad I’m not hungry! Also, biscuits are not done,

Got a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. No wonder it got made so fast. Barely put any egg on there. Might as well have been a chicken cheese biscuit!!

Giving three stars for the variety of options on the menu, reasonable prices, and the southern hospitality. My biscuit was huge, but was lukewarm. I do not understand considering how busy they were that day. Unfortunately, likely lack of staff caused a delay with getting the food and dirtiness of the lobby. It wouldn’t take long to have a staff cleaning day to deep clean the store. Longer lines and wait times are common, but surely they can get the inside and outside of the store to look better. Mgt and owners take a look please.

Sign outside said dining room open. It is not and it’s really hard to feed a handicapped person in the car. All he wanted was Martin’s for a change. He didn’t get it because of no inside dining. Food is great when you can get it. Just hate be lied to. That’s the reason for the 1 star.

I have visited numerous Martins restaurants and they all need a good cleaning inside and out. The corporate office is, I think, located in Mableton. Does someone not come out and check these restaurants? Do they not understand that if they improved their cleanliness and drive thru process they could function on the level of Chick-fil-A and probably triple their sales? I can’t tell you how many times I have passed by and not stopped because the drive thru was so backed up? Hire me, be willing to spend a little money and I would triple your profit, I promise. You got to be willing to spend money to make money. In addition, hire more people who take a little pride in their work, yes that means paying a little more labor cost, but at least they can put a biscuit together correctly. By the way, the only reason you got a 2 is that you got some darn good food!
