Cheyenne owned offering some French flavors with our western tastes.
The restaurant’s name is Paris West. Did you know that when the UP railroad was being built, its longest stop in its construction history was in Cheyenne? That caused an extraordinary
boom and the building of very ornate buildings including an opera house and a social club.
Apparently, Cheyenne was such a fancy place in the late 1800’s it was nicknamed Paris of
the West. (Coincidentally, the building known as the Central Plaza was commissioned to be built by the UP in 1961.)
Our goal is to provide unique, great food and a fun, comfortable space.
The building’s multi million dollar renovation will be completed spring 2023. Appreciate your support and patience.

We loved our breakfast meals so much that we decided to go back for dinner a day later. Croque Madame and fresh berry crepes were AMAZING!!

Came for brunch. Their spicy Bloody Marry is absolutely outstanding. The Croque Madame was very filling. Would definitely come back to try other menu items.

Paris West was absolutely phenomenal. My other half and I went here for brunch a couple weeks ago. Apparently it was National Duck Day so the chef had prepared some shortbread cookies with little sugar ducks on them. Cute and yummy! We ordered the coffee to drink, it was Snowy Elk Blueberry served that day. I could binge on the Parmesan Beignets for days straight. The Croissant Croque Madame was perfectly cooked. My other half had ordered the french toast bread pudding and noted that it may look small but is very filling and delicious. Our server, I wish I remembered his name but I have the memory of a fruit fly, was very patient, attentive and helpful. It is a beautiful building, minimalistic, the tables did have a little decoration on it but it wasn’t major to write home about. We will definitely be back. It is cozy, affordable and a peaceful place to enjoy a lovely brunch on a winter day.

Nom nom nom. The French onion soup was a perfect 10/10. They nailed it. The chicken Dijon was perfect and the portions on everything were giant. The bread was soft and the liquor strong. The charcuterie board was a strong value, lots of food to share for the small price.

We were seated immediately which was nice considering they were busy. It took awhile for us to order, which again was fine. After an hour we still had not received our coffees after watching a whole tray of coffee go somewhere. Our waters had not been refilled and no one else came to speak to us. The restaurant was significantly less busy at this point as well. The kitchen looked like chaos. I would give them zero stars for service, if you charge that much for a small amount of food and make people wait that long at least give me water.

O.m.g. go here. The food is amazing. If you love French cuisine I can’t recommend this place enough. The coffee was smooth, the croissant was buttery and flakey. One of the best gems of Cheyenne. Definitely one of my new favorites.
