Ordered in the app, $39 worth of food. Pulled up to be met by an employee with my receipt informing me that they closed at 8 o’clock on a Friday night, and gave me a receipt telling me to call the toll free number to request a refund. Upon calling twice, the first call head difficulty. And second call I was told my refund would be credited back to my checking account in 7-10 days!! Took my money immediately however I have to wait 7-10 days to get it back through no fault of my own.

Just went to this sonic for a pop was gonna do a mobile order then the app said they aren’t accepting mobile orders so I press a button on a stall and well guess what the stalls work but you can’t use them you literally have to go through the drive thru.. SMH and to top that they are closing at 8pm due to staffing.. worst sonic and I’ll be sure to stop at a different when coming through!
