Had to give one star to write a review. Absolutely gross finding beard hair baked in pizza slice. Took it back immediately for a refund. Mngr and second employee had beards. Second guy with glasses was laughing, thought it was funny. I’m sorry, but people don’t order take out for fun. We trust these companies will prepare food for customers in a proper manner. And to have the guy with beard and glasses laughing was so disrespectful.

This Dominos location is my absolute least favorite in Odessa. They do not read the order which results in messed up food and then you either come immediately to get it remade or your just out of luck!! I was told by a manager that I could have a item remade and picked up later that day (like 3 hrs later) and when I called to have it remade I was informed by a manager that they don’t offer remakes later in the day. I explained that I spoke to a manager hours earlier and she didn’t care, actually told me to complain….. it’s truly amazing how customer service just doesn’t exist here.

Ordered around 10:45 ish, only ordered a large pizza, brownie, and a 2 liter, and after them having to remake it since we didn’t get any knock or call the first delivery, I canceled after waiting past 1:30 in the morning. The guy just hung up. Horrible

My family orders from Dominos pretty often. Sometimes once or more a week. There are alot of us and we always seem to have alot going on. The $5.99 mix n match is our “go to”. And having the pick up window makes things so much easier. Our order is always ready within about 20 mins and has always been correct. This location is less than a 5 min drive from our home too.
