My four star rating does not have any thing to do with the actual business, Taco Time. Unfortunately, one of their staff members was having an off day. Max was not friendly, actually threw our number on the counter, it tipped over, when we ordered a drink, he threw our lid, cup and straw as well. This location is now the only Taco Time in Federal Way. The Fiesta Platter was good, as usual. The Coke machine had good tasting Coca~Cola. The restaurant was clean. It was a Sunday, so there weren’t many people in the dining room. The counter person was friendly and accurately filled my order. The restaurant met my expectations in every way. It handled my Taco Time cravings well! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, great and friendly staff, quality food, but OMG is it expensive. I had the exact meal at Taco Time NW yesterday in the Bellingham area and the price of my Classic Burrito Veggie was $3 more and only 1 hot sauce is allowed at this store. It’s disappointing because the sauce is a big part of why I choose and enjoy Taco Time. I’ve been coming to TT for years because of the quality food vs other fast food. I understand we are all in a post Covid environment with elevated staffing and food costs. We miss the self serve hot sauce….

Food was good and hot, but they are stingy on sauce. We ordered 5 things and were given 2 sauces. When I mentioned I have 4 burritos the guy (Eric) was not friendly about it. Then after eating our burritos we realized they didn’t give us the salsa that was part of the chips and salsa. I’m not going back in for the salsa for the chips. For $5-6 a burrito and $3 for chips and salsa we should have been given the correct amount of sauce based on their rule on the sign.

This is the first time I’ve had a bad meal at Taco Time. The Mexi fries were cold and tasted old. The chicken soft taco had nothing fresh in it. There was no lettuce, tomato, and the fresh chicken???was in some kind of weird sauce. I hope this is not the new norm. The only numbers my receipt has 30112 and my cashier was Eric.
