I like coming here now since it has been cooked to order and not a buffet. The food is so much better because it is fresh!! I think they do an awesome job with portions and they make it clear not to order more than you can eat and since it is all you can eat they make it clear that leftovers will be charged and I absolutely think that is fair. The restaurant is kept clean and presentable… I do think the restrooms could use a makeover. The atmosphere is more of a relaxing environment which is a plus from when the buffet was opened. Love coming here!!!

This is a great place to get a lot of sushi at a reasonable price! After COVID, they had to change their buffet experience. Now they have a menu which you choose which rolls (or appetizers/hibachi) you’d like. They then make it fresh to order! A great place for anyone new or inexperienced with sushi that would like to try a variety without breaking the bank. Just make sure you go out with a group, as they don’t want people to order more than they’ll eat!!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I just happened to want sushi while out in Knox and went to the closest place near me. I placed the order online. The online menu had an all-day sushi menu with prices that are unheard of for sushi. I ordered salmon nigiri, white tuna sashimi, a spicy tuna roll, and the wasabi roll. The total price for ALL of this was $20.11. LIKE, WHAT! I was very skeptical until getting back to my car and opening the order. Just look at my pics! This was not cheap-ish grocery store sushi. This was GOURMET, I kid you not. I will say I was not a huge fan of the wasabi roll, ONLY because I didn’t know it was covered in mayonnaise. I wiped a bunch of it off and it was otherwise very fresh! EVERYTHING else was mouthwatering. Look at that fat, juicy white tuna sashimi that was only $4! I was shook. I can’t help but rant and rave on this place. I WILL be back and have marked this place as a favorite spot. Thanks so much for the quality food with affordable prices!

The place is full of foods with my favorite, not really bad. Is a fine good place. I like sushi here, beef soup and miso soup. All that my favorite stuff. Eat here is a nice choice for me. This is why I choose to get my lunch or dinner done here. I feel stuffed. Not staffed. Am I ? Moral says the place is not very popular at moment. Of course is off-seasons. It means almost every restaurant in Knoxville are less and less people here. Is off seasons tho. I don’t expect any people but is good.

I was very pleased with my first time going to this place. I love the concept, as I love to enjoy many different items on any menu. Fresh to order, name your quantity. Brilliant! Everything was superb, including the staff, they were awesome. I’ll be back soon!
