Giving 3 stars only because the staff was really friendly. The food, tho….super rushed, and there was no one else in line when we got there. The slice of tomato they put on my burger was thicker than the bun and meat together. The cheese looked like it had been thrown on the burger. It was half off on the side of the burger and so much lettuce.. even after I took half of it off, I still had too much amd had to take more off which took most of my mayo with it. Asked for mustard as well and got none. Fries were not even close to fresh. Just a big disappointment as far as the food goes this trip.

As our desserts were being prepared, we noticed gloves were not being by the male employee. We informed the staff we prefer our food to be handled by an employee wearing gloves. The blonde lady was visibly upset and threw the banana splits into the garbage and took over preparing our desserts. I understand how that can be costly for the company but if regulations were followed, food wouldn’t be wasted. Policies are in place for a reason and food handling is very important in the food service industry.

The wait was entirely too long. Employ dug in trash can in front of customers at counter waiting to order and retuned to kitchen without washing hands. She immediately resume prepping food. My order of jaliitos was burnt after asking them not to over cook. Taco salad only had meat lettuce, paid for extra sour cream and cheese had nothing.Awful experience its a wonder why I bypass to go to Baytown or Winnie. I was done when employee went in trash at this point Im not even hungry

Waited in line for 15 min with 1 car in front of us. Order Reece’s extreme and wanted 2 Georgia Mud Fudge blizzards. The lady had never herd of it. And could not make it and was rude about it also. That is one of DQ’s most popular blizzards. So we left without anything!!!!!

I was so excited to see that they have been added to DoorDash. Being in Liberty, I thought it would be super conveinient. WRONG. Ordered for lunch at work on 03-21-2023 and was called AFTER my order was confirmed to tell me that they did not have moolattes, which that day was most of my multi-person order. Ordered again today for lunch at work, 9 DAYS LATER, and STILL no moolattes, AND no chicken strips, also a multi-person order. When asked if I could just get a sweet tea since no moolattes were available, my DoorDasher said the restaurant told him I would have to cancel the order completely. I understand needing to keep an itemized inventory and price differences, but it has been over a week and the same item out of stock is a bit ridiculous.

Was over charged $40 for 3 tacos and a burger meal. Spent 20 minutes waiting for them to refund the difference. After 30 minutes being there was finally handed my food and items were missing. No compensation was offered. Will not be back.

We stopped in on our way back home to Woodville on 03-04-2023 had a great experience , we ordered a hungerbuster basket , all fresh , the burger was delicious , cooked perfect with the bun toasted, koodos to the cook ! The place was very clean and all the employees very friendly and professional

I just wish they’d bring back some of the original blizzard flavors. I miss the tropical and few others. Plan on waiting for a little bit for your food but it’s worth it when its fresh and hot.
