Ribs were dry old and overcooked (Meridian ‘s ribs and services much better all around). Sweet tea wasn’t sweet, but fountain drinks were flavorful. Stickers were freshly, packaged, and correctly dated. Unlike the Meridian location with their generic plastic cup that looked like the stacker was no longer saleable.

Stop Looking
Just left this location and will not be going back. Dirty, hot, horrible customer service and the food is old and rancid. Gave me the holy $#@+ 5 minutes after just tasting the food. I’m back and forth praying to the porcelain god! Omg coming from both ends. It’s Like this place changed over night. A couple months ago it was by far cleaner and the food seemed to be better than it had been in a while. Not to mention the customer service is by far the worst. And got nerve to have a tip jar lol! They should have tipped me for the tissue and tums I had to buy! Where did billy find these incompetent hoodlums employees.What a joke billy!!!!

This location is doing great things! The manager is very friendly and spoke to everyone that came in as family. I deliver for Uber Eats in my free time and I picked up a delivery from the NW Expressway location. I entered and the friendly atmosphere made me return as a customer. Keep it up!

The food was so bad I couldn’t even finish it. The people who worked there were very kind and friendly. But the brisked had no flavor and was extremely dry, the ribs were so dry they were literally crunchy. Even the piece of bread they gave me was soggy. No way this company puts any effort into their product. They’re just surviving off their name. I’m no picky person but I couldn’t even eat it.

Billy Simms makes some of the best food especially since the closure of Rib Crib. Nice looking location with great feel… That said there is often order errors with incorrect and missing stuff. The most recent visit, literally got into a minor debate with staff over them not putting a 43cent sauce into the bag which was paid for already… Bought another to resolve issue and get food home in a timely manner. Also, despite the city wide mask ordinances, and signs on door, mask wearing of staff was incorrect or not even at all…see photos.
