Dont order out much but I decided to get pizza today. The girls loved their gluten free pepperoni pizza and the philly chessesteak pizza was great. The delivery driver was polite and the food didnt take long at all to get here. (maybe 20 minutes).

Order time to eating time was good. The app had a few glitches in the Matrix, but eventually got it together. Delivery was timely with hot pizza, wings, and cheese sticks. Work on the app response time and all will be well.

The experience went like this. They close at 11pm. I called at 10pm. I said I would like a large pineapple Canadian bacon and salami for pickup. She said we only offer delivery but we can deliver it to any address. I said how about your parking lot. This was a problem for her. I asked 3 times for the manager and then got one. He said they offer pickup. I said ok and gave him my order. That is a specialty pizza and I will have to charge you more. It was only 3 toppings and part of the special but because it is a Hawaiian pizza it is specialty. I went across the street and got perfect service from the other pizza place. Wow papa you sure have lost your touch.

Only went to Papa John’s because free pizza coupon. Otherwise papa John has, I think, the worst pizza in Maryville area. But some of the highest prices. Not sure why this place is so busy. Terrible parking and pick up situation. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Then Took 25 minutes on 1 small pizza. Also while waiting for pizza my wife saw the employee answer then put the customer on hold and then went back to stacking boxes before eventually going back the phone to take the order. Not sure how this place is still around with Marcos and Domino and pizza hut and several decent pizza places in town.

I truly LOVE Papa John’s. But I do have a few things to complain about. I order a xlarge New York style. Half bacon and onion, and mushrooms and extra cheese on the whole thing. However the side with the additional onions and bacon, was ridiculous, couldn’t even tell bacon was on it and there we’re so many onions the pizza was soggy to the point the left side of the box actually gave out and ripped. I ordered 2 additional garlic cups and one was open and leaking all over the food and box. As much as I love the food the poor creating and handling of the food is very very very lacking. If your lucky the food will be awesome, but order with caution! Because this store does not have a good track record. Good luck.
