I heard a lot about Wingstop so I gave it a try. Busy location. I ordered their Louisiana Rub, the original hot-flavored bone-in wings, and the chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. It took about 20 minutes to receive my food since it was cooked to order. I liked the Louisiana Rub flavor. The chicken sandwich was also good. I didn’t care much about their home-cut fries since it was too soft.

One of the better places in the area to get wings, with the added bonus of top-tier fries and decent pricing. The Original Hot sauce is my favorite of their offerings; it’s nice and spicy with enough flavor to make the heat worth it.Great tasting wings. The service was friendly. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the food. Worth it for better quality and freshly made wings. Highly recommended.

I came here exclusively for good ol’ buffalo wings and they delivered admirably. Perfectly cooked and just the right amount of flavorful sauce, much better than wild buffalo wings, in my opinion, which make me sick to my stomach. I just do not understand so many 1 star reviews.. Did a carryout order and gave us the wrong order and found when we got home. Called them to ask if they could make the order again. They had zero clue what I was asking for. Just wasn’t clicking with them. How do you give the wrong order out when we show you the order name and number???

Very disappointed with the way they handle food. Wings not cooked all the way, touching food with bare hands, no facemask, hair net or even a hat worn. Employees should be able to make it right, it’s a 1,2,3 step process, no big deal… Definitely not coming back.

My first time eating at this Wingstop, the chicken was Cooked Fresh and so was the Fries. It took a long time to get my order ready thats the only reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I only ordered 6 wing combo all flats and well done fries with extra seasoning, i called my order in and it took them 35 mins to get it ready after they originally told me over the phone 15 minutes I do plan on going back again because the food was fresh and not frozen or reheated. Hopefully this won’t change and the food continues to be awesome ❤️

I used to go to Wingstop at least 2 times per week up until this week. Earlier this week I called and placed an order for a chicken sandwich at 145pm I was told it would be done in 7-10 mins (expecting no later than 155pm). I arrived at the establishment at 225pm expecting to walk in and just grab my food as I was on my way to work. When I arrived I was told that my food would be ready in 2 mins. I was already alarmed by that because it was supposed to have already been done. So as I’m waiting another customer walks in and gives them a sandwich that he received as apart of his wrong order. The employees in wingstop then preceded to give me that sandwich stating my food is now ready. I told them I did not want that food because it’s not considered fresh. They then tried to ensure me that the guy returning the food only had it for a few minutes before returning it and he did not open it. I told them he had to open it to realize it wasn’t what he ordered. Again I told them I wanted fresh food but they refused and continued to try to force the sandwich on me that the other customer just returned. After going back and forth they told me they would make me fresh food but by this time I didn’t have time to wait another 10 mins as I was already on my way to work and wasted time going back and forth with them about getting me the product I ordered. I ended up leaving without any food and didn’t have lunch that day at work because Wingstop failed to deliver professional customer service and don’t care about food quality in the midst of all these airborne virus going around.
