I try and give this place a chance every few months and every few months I regret it. waited 20 minutes to be handed a cold burrito that was 15 minutes late being made, and 15 minutes waiting while they casually yelled out my order name but never went to look.

Food is ok, but overpriced and served in too small portion sizes. Got three mini steak tacos and miniscule toppings for $12. All of the meat here looks unfresh and dried out, like it was cooked several hours ago and kept out without any reheating, and is served that way, again with no reheating. Positives were that the staff were helpful and quick.

Ordered a burrito bowl and quesadilla for pick up yesterday, but was sadly disappointed. My guacamole side was simply missing (see pic), no explanation given, and the steak in the burrito was totally dry and overdone. They were also out of several key ingredients, like chicken and tomato salsa, when I placed my order. Only good thing to say is that the order was ready on time.

We were served by 3 different young ladies. One that patiently explained us how this works, then one that took over the order, and the cashier. They were all super kind, complementing us on our cute baby daughter. And the food was fresh.

No matter when you go, if you go after 6 pm, they will most certainly be out of a few of their ingredients. Last few times, they had no cheese, no guac, no lettuce, today they had no tortillas, no white rice. Very disappointing because I live super close to this chipotle but I will start driving to the other one that that is farther away.

Smallest serving sizes at any Chipotle I’ve ever seen and always missing ingredients. Typical corner restaurant taking advantage of students. Hopefully they’ll go out of business and get replaced by an authentic local joint that cares about its community.
