Under new management, the place is nice and clean with variety of Vietnamese dishes. I got to try out their Pho, the pho broth is okay, but the meat tastes alittle off. Price is fair compared to other places, Great customer service! They have potential, but there’s room for improvement in the taste and ingredients.

I am in town visiting my parents and we ordered dinner from Pho 99& grill. I ordered the pork vermicelli bowl, it’s really good! The pork is seasoned perfectly and the fish sauce has an extra flavor that I really like. Vegetables are all very fresh and hold their crunch. My parents liked their bowls too. The egg rolls and spring rolls are solid. I would definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Pho broth is good especially the meatballs are pretty good. I chose the special combination, meat quantity little less for the price. Nowadays, you have to pay atlest 12-15 for a bowl of pho + drink + tip total around $20+. This place is an OK taste overall. It’s little better to some pho places. Under new management new price of course. I also took photos of the new menu.

Under New Management take over, stopped by before closing time to pick up this nice evening snack. Fried Chicken Wings tossed in their signature fish sauce. Very tasty! I will definitely be back to try other foods on the menu!

This place used to be the best Vietnamese place in the area, but they apparently changed ownership recently (between May and July) and EVERYTHING is different. It’s a completely different restaurant using the old name. All recipes and ingredients have changed, and for the worse. The Pho used to be very aromatically spiced, you could smell the clove/cardamom/etc, and it was delicious. The pork vermicelli dish used to have tasty tender marinated pork, and now it’s some tough cut that’s very different and full of gristle. Really sad… this was one of my favorite places in town.

Best banh mi I’ve ever had it was delicious. The beef was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Good ratio of beef and veggies, but it was still packed full of goodness. This will be my go-to sandwich place from now on.

I ordered the food to go however the service and atmosphere and cleanliness was above my expectations. The peanut sauce was amazing and the pho was good. I paid for what I thought was an extra large bowl and received a regular. The spring roll was not so tasty. It was more lettuce than anything else.

New management and new chef. Pho is even better than before. I’m so glad I don’t have to drive all the way to Bellaire for good pho. The pho here was exceptional. They make their own meat balls in house. The quality was noteworthy. I will definitely come back and I recommend this restaurant to everyone!
