My daughter and I stumbled upon this spot after attempting to dine at a new restaurant, but due to the wait time we decided to leave. Instead we were leaving the parking lot and saw this place. Needless to say, I’m glad we decided to come in and order our dinner here. It DID NOT disappoint! The food is seasoned, came out piping hot and the portions were great!!! The staff is attentive and pleasant. Pedro made sure our order was as expected and his little helper was very polite and timely.

New in the area. Tried the salmon and the jalapeño poppers and it was amazing!!! I think I had an orgasm while eating it! I would recommend them. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for delivering a nice hearty meal!

Food is amazing!! Shrimp gumbo is awesome! For those that like Landry’s gumbo, have to try LFH shrimp gumbo. This is WAY better!!!!Just the perfect balance of flavor and seasoning.

Very good food. We need a good fish place in our neighborhood. Gumbo was good, hushpuppies were soft and tasty. Coleslaw and red beans and rice were good. The sides are fresh and quality, not just filler. Good grilled and fried fish. Friendly staff and new clean dinning room. Seafood burrito was good and combo catfish and shrimp was tasty. Will definitely return for fish tacos and Cajun pasta.

Ordered the gumbo and the fish and shrimp combo. The gumbo was good with plenty of shrimp and sausage. I think the rue could have been darker which would deliver a richer flavor but it was good. Next up was the catfish and shrimp with a side of dirty rice. The dirty rice was on point and the shrimp and house made hushpuppies we’re so good I forgot I had fish on my plate! Unfortunately this is where things went meh! while the fish had a great flavor the fillets were small and thin and didn’t have that catfish fillet look. Switch that fish out for some legit cat fish fillets and this will become THE go to spot for fried seafood in Katy.

Every item we tried was AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a nice young man. We tried the boudin balls and the stuffed jalapeños, they were hot and delicious. Highly recommend those as an appetizer. Food was fresh and made to order. For our entrees, our party ordered the Seafood burrito which tasted great and was filled with a little of everything including grilled fish, crawfish, shrimp, jambalaya rice and topped with a delicious cream sauce. My wife ordered the Shrimp Alfredo that was creamy and seasoned just right. It also came with some really good garlic bread. Give them a try. It’s a hidden gem!
