The food at THIS Penn station is mediocre. The employees fail to make subs how you ask. French fries are usually always burnt, you order a medium and get smaller than a small. This last time, I swear I ordered a medium sub and received the size of a small. We had to fill our drinks with NO ice because the machine was not working properly or something. Tasted awful without ice. After we were almost finished with our meal, the ice machine magically was fixed. Tables were filthy (all of them) and it wasn’t even busy when we first sat down. Had to ask the cashier if she could possibly clean one off for us. It was way past lunch rush. The floors always have something sticky on them that makes your shoes stick to the floor as you walk around. I don’t feel the employees are very friendly either. I think the woman manager is rude. I think she is a manager, anyway.

I could not believe you could not order a salad through door dash without dressing, then they shut off special instructions. I had a get-together, and one of the wives wanted a salad without dressing. I had to scrap a $160 order. Unbelievable. Can’t fix stupid.

Well I ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and my husband got a pizza sub and fries..the fries were burnt and my wrap was awful the tortilla was so hard it was more like a crunchy taco and it was hard to eat
