In the area of fast Mexican I don’t think you do much better. It’s fast, tastes good and is reasonably priced. What more do you want. Cold beer, hot tacos over loaded with goodness. This surprised me as I thought it was a Taco Bell competitor but it’s an elevated version of Chipotle. That’s right Baja > Chipotle. This has made my permanent list of yes when I’m hungry in the area. Solid choice.

First time visiting Baja’s. I was really impressed with the variety and selection. Everything looked great and it was difficult to decide what to order. I finally settled on a chicken bowl, loaded with all kinds of toppings. The food was all at proper temperature, and nice and fresh! The service was great, and I was impressed with overall experience! Looking forward to going back again! If every visit is like this one, Baja’s is definitely in my rotation for go-to spots!

We’ve always had a great experience at each of their locations. This location was just as good. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. And it was nice that my husband could have a Modelo. Horchata was delicious.

I’ve been on this crazy Taco kick lately and I’ve been going everywhere I can to get tacos…I live in Lincoln not too far from Dexter Street… I’ve stopped at every mom-and-pop shop and ordered food…. I used to think that every Taco was the same…. UNTIL I went to Baja’s today and ordered tacos… I’ve eaten there many times before and I usually got a burrito bowl or something and it was always great but the tacos are something else!!!

Was definitely worth the wait. No lines when entering. Clean and friendly. Fresh food prepared quickly. Took my kids and my son is very picky and he loved the chicken fingers and fries. My daughter got chicken and cheese quesadilla. I got a rice bowl with everything and grill chicken sssssooooo good. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!Thank you

Manager gives the worse customer service, always a stank attitude, always gives a problem. Stopped by to pick up my online order with my service dog and he kicked me out saying I had to leave the dog in the car. He even asked me for prove that it was a service dog.

The food was okay considering I had no clue what I was eating. This was my first time going to any Baja’s. The folks serving didn’t know how to answer questions or didn’t care to answer any questions. Saying they were rude would be an understatement. IF I try Baja’s again it will not be here.

Pro tip for when they’re packed: order subs / wings, and you can “skip the line” for the burrito / taco toppings until your items are ready. So don’t be intimidated by a big line here, as it usually moves quite fast. But parking in such a small lot will surely be a challenge at peak times as well, so be prepared to find parking nearby potentially. This menu and this style of toppings line is very much in line with the original Thayer Street classic location, in any case
