Just had the worst jets pizza I’ve ever had. There’s barely any cheese on it(we ordered normal mozz and normal feta). Half of my bites are just pineapple, crust, and sauce. We ordered the pizza with turbo crust and got home to find out there was no turbo crust. It sucks spending so much money on pizza and having it come out mediocre. Usually there’s a pull to the cheese but this pizza is the least cheesy thing I’ve ever had from jets. I’m only eating it because I’m starving. Definitely regret getting pizza from jets tonight.

I ordered this pizza a couple of years ago and never forgot it. I ordered today and was highly disappointed and even moreso at the customer service from a manager. I ordered a meaty pizza well done.. I understand it may take longer to cook in the middle but to tell me that’s just how it comes out and even if his GM made it it would out come out the same. BURNT. Im with B of A so i understand exactly what cause and effect and being a problem solver to avoid reviews as such. Totally unacceptable!!One thing business need to understand is that you meet your customer at their moment not down play the situation at hand. Then he goes on to tell me “I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO TELL U MAAM” as if I asked for a favor. I paid for my pizza and would’ve like to be able to enjoy it. Not a burnt pizza and horrible customer service. This was absolutely ridiculous.

OMG!! This place has the best pizza ever!!!! Don’t buy this pizza, because once you have it you will crave it! The deep dish Hawaiian chicken pizza with the turbo crust is absolutely delicious! Best I’ve ever had anywhere! Dang it, probably 1,000,000,000 calories too! LOL

I had made a special request on the delivery ticket, asking that if possible, the delivery person wish my son who was turning 7 a Happy Birthday. Annnnd he totally did! Included his name and a birthday treat, a total surprise that my son was like “wow, everyone knows!” Thank YOU (Kobe, I believe). Another 5 stars since I asked for delivery at 1:15pm and he was on the dot! Now, don’t hate me! But the pizza was a bit pricey for what it was. I ordered 2 Medium pizzas (one: only ham, one: red onions and green bell peppers) and one Large cheese, before tip the total was $49.84! After tip I paid $57.32 for 2 medium/1 large pizza’s! 2 of the pizzas didn’t even have meat and the “fancier” of the pizzas was a two topping veggie. The service was great, punctuality awesome, so that’s why I feel it’s fair for 5stars but yikes…I don’t mind paying for pizza, but the quality was not equal to the price.
