Friends and I went to try this restaurant since we heard good things about it, the food was ok, is missing a lot on the Mexican authentic flavor but it’s not the most horrible thing either, second the service we could tell our waitress didn’t want to be there, she looked bothered the entire time she was asking us what we wanted, when we asked for water she rolled her eyes at us, another thing we found weird is that for a party of 3 a 20% tip was automatically added to our bill which that normally applies for a bigger party of people. I don’t recommend to either try it or not, I think if you probably go on a good day you’ll receive a better service but the food quality it’s ok!

Food was tasty and excellent! I could tell everything was homemade down to the refries beans lol. It tastes like they took the beans right out of the pressure cooker and hand smashed and seasoned them! I had the Chile Colorado and my friend had the Carne Asada plate! We both had our expectations exceeded with the food quality! Will def be back!

Amazing restaurant. The best food, for really awesome value, that you can get in the entire vail valley. The food and prices are excellent. I enjoy my breakfast here everyday. In nice weather you can sit outdoors and enjoy great views. It is just 2 Minutes from the 70 freeway and at the end of the famous Minturn mile. You have to try this place….they even have a rocking bar.

If you want authentic Mexican food this is the best place to eat in Minturn. Their molcajete bowl is a must try. You get a ton of food and it tastes exactly like what you’d get in Mazatlan, Mexico. Their taquitos are also unlike any taquito I’ve had before, tons of filling and flavor. It’s a great appetizer to split.

Just came in for lunch and was surprised how amazing their food is. It started with the Salsa and Chips. Their Salsa is 10/10! We actually ordered a pint to go! Got the Chile Verde and it was great. Good green Chile sauce. My buddy got a Chile Relleno which came out with some cojita cheese. Yum. House Margs were good and not too sweet. Our friend loved her Jalapeño Marg. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.

Excellent Mexican food nooked away under Lionshead. House margaritas were tasty (& strong), and the taco salad was on point (I added tomato to mine). Would recommend for a quick bite right outside of Vail.
