The guy who brought out the food was nice. However, the food is awful and burnt. So, my disabled mom sits here being disabled not wanting to cause trouble eating burnt foot. Soggy and barely any fries. It literally doesnt come out your paycheck. Youre doing an injustice by serving burnt and gross food. This KFC needs to be permanently closed.

Never again. The man running the drive-thru made it seem like I was wasting his time. Ordered a Chicken Mac and Cheese Bowl combo. They didn’t give me the side or any utensils. Looking at the receipt, they charged me ala Carte with a drink. I go into the store to rectify the situation and the “manager” has the biggest attitude as if my presence was the biggest inconvenience his life had ever seen. I might’ve had some understanding if it was late at night on a Saturday, but this was 5:15PM on a Tuesday. I’ll go to Wausau instead if I have a craving for KFC since the Marshfield location doesn’t seem to appreciate my time or business.

I used the drive through and ordered chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. The tenders were ok but the Mac was old and dry. It definitely was not fresh. I will not return to this location. 3.6 stars for a reason I guess.

Food was not so much good was grease and portions some chicken was so small . Price for the food is really high . My opinion is to much for the quality of food . If they want charge for the food the much , better than change the quality off the chicken to 1985 + because back then was delicious and we was addict to the chicken and delicious smell of the food

Ordered chicken tenders, half of them were dark and looked like they’ve been sitting for a while and the other two looked like they were undercooked. Chicken nuggets also had a white pet hair on them. Very low sanitation as the cook was walking out of the bathroom with an apron on. Would not eat at this location again.

Went through drive through at 6:50 (sign says open until 8pm). Ordered chicken. Told they only had some white and dark meat (hmmm) and some crispy. But they could “put some down” for me if I wanted them to. So you’re telling me you have no chicken and are still open for over an hour, but “could” put some down if I wanted you to (whatever that means). Sorry, wouldn’t want you to go out of your way…to make chicken. I drove away.
