I ordered the new fish fries. I got only the fish they forgot the fried. I was told to wait in my car for the fries. It’s been 20 minutes and the temperature outside is 111f. And still no fried!!!!!! I’m not surprised that your review rating is so low!!!!

were out of shakes and ordered online. Not sure how to cancel, but really inconvenient especially when not given an option. Still have yet to Receive a response from customer support team. Easily the worst guest support without a doubt I’ve ever had. Very uncaring and unresponsive at best. In no way was I ever given contact by email or text. Have no way else to fix problem.

I’m bandaged from head to toe and have been making medical runs all day with nothing but poor experiences. I post this with all seriousness in my words when I say that the woman taking care of my service at this Arby’s by simply doing her job correctly and politely asking if there’s anything else we need, made my day 110% better. I should have asked her name but I appreciate her very much! Foods good too

I went in with a coupon 2 for $6 chicken choice. If i would have know they were going to cut 1 chicken patty in half. I would have gladly drove around the corner to Wendy’s. My cheese was bigger than my chicken patty. They initial forgot the bacon on one of my sandwiches but were gracious to provide when we drove back. If i would have seen the patty was cut in half when I went back for the bacon I would have just gotten my $$ back. Really disappointed in Arby’s

I’m have been to the drive through twice in the past week. The first time when I reached the ordering menu, they abruptly closed at 7:00pm. And this last time. I would try to order, but had to start over because the order taker kept interrupting me. We started over and got my order placed. After several minutes (15) waiting to advance in line. I gave up and bailed.

Wagyu burger didn’t taste like last time. It resembled a frozen bubba burger patty, and was not juicy at all, more like cardboard. No orange cream shake avail. Lastly, I couldn’t even get grilled onions or mustard on it. Gave me some mustard packs and offered onion straws. I was disappointed.

Place is terrible. Everytime i go there it takes forever. Bathroom was horrendous last time i went i had to wipe my hands on my shorts cause the towel thingy didnt work. People need re trained here or something. (except two older ladies up front) they are nice and work hard.

One of my regular spots. The brand usually have pretty tasty promotions. I had to try the new burger and it was good. The meat, which I asked, is fried. Taste, texture and the meats appearance were all surprisingly good. The quality of the condiments might, even give it a leg up over the Wendy’s and whataburger nearby.
