We were in line for 20+ minutes with 3 people ahead of us. The gentleman at the window didn’t speak to us at all and gave us our food without even looking at us. Service was bad, fries were cold and unsalted, I don’t recommend stopping for a quick and tasty meal.

Good service i feel like every drive thru intercom system in SW Michigan is not great. McDonald’s struggles to hear when i say “mocha frappe” which leads to a cold coffee of sorts. This specific location wàs perfect and I will stop through again. Thank you!!

A person doesn’t know what they’ll receive. Sometimes, the fries are fresh and the order is complete/correct. Then, other times, your order might be incorrect and the food is cold. Usually, the staff is friendly, helpful and willing to correct and order.

The slowest restaurant you’ll ever visit. It takes 20 minutes for a normal order. Some part of your food is always cold. There aren’t nearly enough employees working for the amount of business it gets. You’ll always end up missing something if you have a large order. I suspect there’s 1 person manning all stations sometimes.

Lady at the drive thru talks way to fast and does not listen very well. When we got our meals we realized that they forgotten half our order, plus they did not give us any straws. We waited at the window but the girl would not turn around. Also, we ordered a peppermint mocha and it was the worst I have ever had! Very disappointed with staff and food.
