Do not discount this stop because it’s a trailer in a parking lot! These are easily some of the best, if not the best, burritos in Flagstaff. The staff is consistently polite and friendly. Service is fast, even when they have multiple cars waiting for food.

The mayor burrito is hands down the best burrito in Flagstaff no questions asked. Maybe even the best in AZ (I’m from Tucson)! The service (from the owner) is as good as possible (being from a good truck, he even walks the food to your vehicle once it is ready.

Hands down the best tacos and burrito I’ve ever had! Their shrimp tacos were incredible, and they aren’t kidding when they say the diablo is super spicy. The mayor was oh so tasty as well. Every bite had a burst of flavor, down to the cheese and rice. Make a stop here for food if you’re in the area!

Hands down best Nachos I have ever put in my mouth!! Like how do they create all this flavor in such a small food truck will always baffle me. The service is also amazing. You order at the window and they will bring it out to your vehicle. 10 out of 10 would drive out of my way to get it again if passing through.

This is the BEST Mexican food in Flagstaff. The other restaurants in town don’t even compare. The fish tacos are my goto. Best fish tacos I’ve ever had. I wish I could make tacos this good. The mayor burrito is ALSO bomb. Whenever I get that, I know I have enough food for lunch and dinner that day. Customer service is great too. You can tell the people working there care about the food.
