I am not here for a refund. I am here to give an honest review, of a place close to my home. When I stopped by for a quick lunch. I was looking for a consistent product. Service was great and friendly. The lady taking my order and cashing me out was very friendly. The order on the screen was correct and was a clean transaction. Once I opened my burger. I saw items missing I paid extra for and items that I did not want on the burger that was in the order. Looking at the meat. It was clear that it was not fresh and wrong. I wish I could come to a BK and “have it my way”. But I am done getting orders wrong/incorrect. Hope this helps other with a warning that there is no consistency with the food here at this location. Service is great and you can hear the smile through the speaker. But if you are known for food. It needs to be better.

Got there at 9:25 pm, internet shows them open until midnight, they said they close at 9:30. I couldn’t eat there but they would make a to go order. There was absolutely no care in preparation of the food. Order was wrong, contents of the ‘burger’ just thrown onto the wrapper. I mean, it’s fast food, and I don’t expect greatness, but this experience was completely substandard.
