Nice small restaurant. Chilled sake is smooth. Chef’s Premium sushi with salad and miso soup is very nice. Sushi meat is very fresh. Softshell crab is also very fresh, no fishy smell at all.

They are welcoming and have attention to detail! The portions were generous and excellent quality! They were the tastiest rolls I have ever had! I had the double shrimp roll and the. Sashimi cucumber special. It was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed a fabulous meal and evening! Thank you!

We stopped in because it had an overall 5 star rating. This is not a 5 star spot. While the Orion (beer) took us back to reminiscing of our time spent in Japan and the sushi was fresh tasting, it was overpriced for the poor quality rolling. We ordered 5 rolls, miso and soba. The rolls had plenty of fish and vegetables, but they were all rolled loosely and falling apart. There was no way to pick them up properly and our time spent together was effected as we were frustrated over the struggle. The soba was also extremely bland, but that could’ve been regional. We will continue our search for a go-to sushi spot.

I found my little part of Japan ! We were looking for Japanese food as good as our previous sushi bar WAS several years ago…and we did, right here ! The place is smaller , but more cozy, than the previous sushi bar, and closer to home also. It was nice to see Masa again after all this time, and we look forward to many more meals with Masa’s and Akio’s expert preparations ! どうもありがとうございます !!!

The sushi was amazing with generous portions but what really sets Sushi Kızuna apart are the people that work there. They greet every person that comes in, they are courteous beyond anything I’ve ever experienced, and they are absolutely dedicated to making you feel welcome. I just hate we don’t live in the area because I would be a regular there every week. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.
