I am disappointed to be writing this. As someone who has frequently ordered and referred people to this restaurant I have never had a negative experience such as this one. I have worked in customer service since high school. I do not understand the mentality of making an error and not putting an entree into the bag. Not checking the order is in its entirety before the customer leaves. Then when the customer calls after picking up and getting home to say an item was missing the individual tells the customer “the options are you can either come and pick it up or we can refund your money.” I was really upset and the fact that they didn’t really apologize. Didn’t offer to deliver it because they were “too busy” and “didn’t have time.” I understand being busy however I feel like more could’ve been done to help resolve this. They gave me a Coke when I sent my brother to pick up my missing item from my order because I just got back and was entertaining. Overall just disappointed and wish it were handled better. The food we did get wasn’t the best. Chicken was dry and little flavor in the fried rice we ordered.

I’ve ordered delivery from these folks 3 times. And I will again. Their food is very good, they always deliver as quickly as they can, their customer service is excellent (I’ve made mistakes in my order a couple of times, and they are very gracious when fixing it), their prices are right. They are my go-to Chinese food in Frederick.

i judge a chinese restaurant by their hot + sour soup. if it’s bland and boring, the restaurant is sub-par, guaranteed. beijing has spicy tasty soup, and i’ll be hitting the full menu shortly. see photo of nighttime lunch tableau, incl sweet documentary about the slits for added punch <3

Placed an order as ” delivery available ” just to get a call 5 minutes later that it was not delivering to my location. This was after the order went through and I got online confirmation the delivery is confirmed. The lady who called me was professional and apologetic. However , please update your delivery policies soncutomwrs do not get misled.

Great food at a good price.. the staff are very nice and I order there more than I’d like to admit and I’ve never been disappointed. The general tso chicken and shrimp fried rice is amazing, best in Frederick Maryland in my opinion.

I adore this place. They are always so friendly and the food is delicious! I always get their egg drop soup when I am sick and it is the only thing that I can keep down. Used to live down the street from this place and ordered all the time the knew I had kids and would always have lollipops in hand for them. Miss being so close but so glad they deliver out to my place now. Great food, great consistency and great prices I don’t go anywhere else. LOVE IT!
