Smothered breakfast burrito with sausage. Perfectly cooked as always. Red and green sauce were just the right amount of spice. Breakfast burrito is enough for two people, if you’re willing to share. Also got a cinnamon roll to share which was the perfect amount of sweetness to balance the spice. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Always a pleasure to eat there.

The staff were very nice and the food wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, the red chile was more like a gravy that you would expect from a Tex Mex restaurant. It had zero spice and very little flavor. Perhaps I’m too picky as a native New Mexican, but their red chile definitely leaves something to be desired.

Amazing green chili!! Had breakfast enchiladas (?) With sausage. Incredibly tasty. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Building is very clean and comfortable. The building itself is unique and worth a stop. Parking is plenty.

Mantes has wonderful burritos and for working locals the drive thru a God-send. The only issue us continuity. At $8.05, you never know what size you will get. They need some conformity and prices on the menu please!

We visited the SouthSide Mante’s Chow Cart for dinner. I absolutely love the Trujillo but decided to get the Indian Taco with red and green chili. The staff was friendly and the process are reasonable. The menu is eclectic and there are many original items. I recommend this restaurant.

We absolutely love La Cocina (now Mantes chow cart south side) huge plates, delicious food, new Mexican and American options. Very comfortable setting, kid friendly, very affordable kids menu and good portions. Good quality plastic cups with lids for the kids to keep after and Crayola crayon pack to color on the kids menu. I will update my review on the new Mantes soon. I’m sure it’s great, it is Mantes after all.

Friendly staff, food was fresh and flavorful. Green sauce on the enchiladas was excellent; really could taste the flavor of the jalapeños. The chicken in the tacos was high quality. The guacamole and salsa were delicious. We are staying one night in Taos; glad we were referred here by the hotel staff!

This is a cute little restaurant lit up with Christmas lights everywhere. Very cute little place with great people working here. Very friendly. We came here for breakfast while visiting the city and it was really good. We had a strawberry French toast and a chorizo omlette..both were very fresh and very good. I would recommend coming here if you are passing through. Also, have to say that we scoped out the gentleman’s food next to our table and he had ordered oatmeal and it looked amazing, it had fresh apples all around his oatmeal, kinda made us regret not ordering some but no worries…we were happy with what we ate.
