Very disappointing $60 ‘dinner’ tonight at EWR. Had the short rib pepperdalle with extra caramelized onions. Absolutely no flavor. Plain pasta and plain shredded short rib meat. I can’t even describe how plain – no herbs spices or even salt. And the onions – I found 2. Drink similarly was terrible. There are some gems at EWR for dinner – this isn’t one.

Terrible food, bad service and poorly made drink. OTG which manages this bar at Newark Airport has a class action lawsuit for withholding tips from its workers. Get a drink when you land at your destination

Ordered roasted salmon, never got the food and didn’t even inform me that they don’t have salmon. The manager never came to let me know. Just waited the whole time. All staff were super rude. I’ve been traveling the whole day, so tired, so hungry and no one from the staff informed me that they ran out of salmon.

Ordered the “Burger Royale” with no egg. It should have came Medium with garlic aoeli, mustard, and a side of fries. What I got was a Medium Well cheeseburger with a side of potato chips…. They also let me order a Stella for $11, but told me they were out after I already paid. Settled for Modelo. For almost $50, this is poor quality.

Here at 2:15 and I can’t order. No one has come to take my order and the only thing I can see on the iPads they installed for people to order from are ads and a screen that says “No Menu Available at This Time. Menus are only available during restaurant business hours.” It’s a Friday at 2:15 and you aren’t taking orders? Don’t bother even trying to come here

I had a great experience here noticing right off the bat how fast, easy & convenient the self food ordering system system is. The food comes out really fast, probably no more than 10 min from ordering not to mention the food is absolutely amazing. The love the bar setup and the overall ora & vibe of the area itself, it gives off a calming feel. The servers are extremely freindly and can keep great conversation which just heightens the entire experience. I would definely recommend this spot as a place to hang out and pass time if you are wating an hour or more to board your flight. I give this bar an A+.
