Terrible service and can’t make a sub. I had a simple order: a Gargantuan with no mayonnaise to go. They gave me one with mayonnaise, which I didn’t discover until I got to my destination.

What has happened to the JJ sandwich? The disappearing meat act has begun. I think there was one slice of meat on my roast beef sandwich. Lots of lettuce and mayo though. I mean this is pathetic! You should be upfront with your customers. May as well go to Subway I no longer see a difference, such disappointment.

Went in today to get two Italian cold cuts with no oil or vinegar one had it on the sub and told them they needed to fix me another the man behind the counter opened it up and took the meat and cheese back in the meat tray after I handled it I made a complaint to the owner and felt as though I was wasting my breath will never go back

While ordering I noticed that the bread was sitting on a metal rack covered with flies. I told the rep that there are flies all over the bread and asked if I could have bread that didn’t come from that rack. The rep looked at me and said ” I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” The rest of the staff said whatever and went back to what they were doing. So since I couldn’t get a sandwich not covered in bacteria and disease. We left with no food. If I could give 0 stars I would. Needless to say we won’t be back. Very disappointing we used to eat there all the time.

I used to get the #5 Vito, but now I started getting the Lil john, which is just as good but less bread….even though the bread is sooooooooo good. The best bread, actually. The employees are nice at the Golden Ring location. I never had a bad experience here. Fresh food……nothing like Subway yuk

I work at golden Ring Plaza, so when I left work today my husband said stop and get a sandwich for our dinner, I saw Jimmy Johns and stopped we have never eaten there, when I walked in and up to the counter a young lady at a sink on the left Tabatha, looked at me never said anything and looked at me again after the third time, I said are you going to take my order and what I should have done is left, she came over never said anything I said hello and that I would like to order 2 sandwiches, I told her what I wanted still thinking I should just leave, she said go over there and wait for it she took one of the sandwiches slammed it on the counter and said to me you can put it in the bag so I reached over the counter and got a bag and put my sandwich in it, looking at a big pickle sign on the wall saying don’t forget the pickle, so I told her don’t forget the pickle well no pickles for me and my husband, not even a napkin, wow how can you have people working for you like this, I will never grace your business with my hard earned dollar where I say hello, good morning, how can I help you, thank you for shopping with us and have a great day, to every patron that comes to my department. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant, and I plan to tell everyone.
