Food here is delicious and I personally enjoy their chicken aristocat entree. The flavors of the eggplant were delectable and the pink sauce was deliciously bold which complimented this dish beautifully. The chicken parmesan was also delicious and both entrees had larger portion sizes. Our waitress was very quiet yet served us in a timely manner. Warm dinner rolls are served upon seating and hot oil with seasonings or dipping sauces can be served with the rolls for additional cost. Desserts and coffee are available as well. The restaurant itself is very small and music is quiet as it seems to play from the kitchen area. Overall lovely experience and will return to experience more.

Very unassuming appearance from the outside, inside is simple and clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced. and large portions. What keeps us coming back is the great food. The bread is well seasoned and better than most small Italian restaurants, and it is served in large portions. The food is freshly cooked and arrives at the table piping hot. We have been three times this summer and have never had a bad entree. Our favorite appetizer is the hot oil and spices. Great for dipping the bread and extremely generous. Excellent!

I can honestly say I love the food here. Me and my wife decided to go there for our anniversary. It was pretty busy. The girl at the front was very nice and polite. We were fine with the wait. We knew there probably would be one. So after about 10-15 min. We were seated and had our drink order taken. That’s when the hospitality stopped. We sat for another 30 minutes… As the 2 servers continuously walked past the table we were sitting at. Our table was in the middle of the room… we watched a party of three receive rolls from what it looked like. They also made their order. We also seen another older couple, who was seated after us, received their appetizers. We finally got up. I told the server we had been waiting 45 min. And he says “sorry”

The hostess/server waited a full minute to acknowledge our presence. She was on cell phone. She greeted, seated and then offered simple service. We had to ask for dessert and she suggested we might like it to go!?! Food was okay. Service was terrible from the lady. A guy was there and he was better. I think he was owner or manager. Probably won’t be back.

Your rating system sucks because it only goes up to 5!! This restaurant is one of the top restaurants in this town of mediocrity. Very few restaurants take their customers seriously and fail to get even 2 stars. But Bella Sera’s food and sauces are prepared fresh. All food is made to order and DELICIOUS! Try the rib eye a poa… Or something like that… And you will believe me. Awesomely prepared food with a very wonderfully attentive staff, and great prices!

I can not say enough good things. I feel like God gave Hobbs NM this little gem as a blessing. The escargot was the best I’ve ever had. So fresh. As amazing as this place is what stole my heart was the owner coming around in a very genuine way to check his customers. Don’t miss this treasure.

The best part about this place were the garlic knots they brought out before taking our order. The food wasn’t very flavorful. The marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce are better from a can a at Walmart than they were from this restaurant. The salad was literally soaked in cesear dressing. The service was slow and our waitress was not attentive at all. The chicken that was in the Alfredo was good but that’s about it. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The service was good but didn’t talk about the daily specials. The stuffed mushrooms needed more seasoning and were soggy. The Ala Casa needed more spice. The eggplant was mushy and bitter. The sauce tasted canned and bland. The bread was good especially when dipped in the oil and spices, which Is extra. The prices were in line with other similar resteraunts.
