We waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come up front to take our order. Ordinarily, we would’ve just left, but listening to a group of female employees talking loudly among themselves in the back while we waited at the counter and cars waited in the drive thru started to be a bit entertaining. Finally, someone came up front after my husband walked around the counter and yelled for assistance. As soon as our order was brought to the table, all employees congregated in the back again. There was a huge puddle of water in the middle of the floor that was also neglected. On a positive note, however, I’ll give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for the fact that the employees obviously get along with each other.

KUDOS, and thanks to the staff for providing supreme quality customer service at Petro’s in Clinton, TN! I was recommended by them to order the Petro’s Frito Pie but with pasta. I really love to drink their classic Orange Tea! I really love the history of Petro’s that is told on the storyboards on the wall! The country music in the background of the restaurant is very smoothing! I highly recommend all to come and experience, and support this local business! Petro’s even gives a military discount.

Young lady at drive through said it was $1 for extra queso on the nachos. I ordered and when I got to pay it was $1.49 more. A young male assisting her with entering my phone number saw I had points I could redeem but never asked, just redeemed and said he could not take it back. They were out of taco sauce and there is NOT extra cheese on the nachos. Very Disappointed in service and product. Will not be back to this location. Someone needs to talk to young male on customer service. The young lady was new and apologized. Downtown Knoxville location would never have let this happen.

The service was excellent. I appreciate that they offer military discount as well, thank you! The food was decent. Everything was hot and tasted good. The facility could use a good cleaning, it wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean either. My wife said it smelled like a dirty mop bucket.

Who woulda thunk it?!? That a SlawDog and a Petro Chili & Chip bowl could make a person so happy? This was my first, but certainly not my last, visit to a Petro Chili & Chips restaurant. The service was so awesome and friendly. She explained the whole menu to me without hesitation and I never felt like I was a bother. After ordering, I sat down and they brought the food out to me! What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location and the Petro is my new fav food in Clinton, TN

The food was really good, but when we got our tea refilled the girl didn’t add fresh ice to it so it made it warm to drink. Other than that it was really good. We will definitely eat there again

Service was great. Wanted a grilled chicken potato but they didn’t have any. Went with the chicken petro bowl. Wasn’t a fan. Chili wasn’t cold but it wasn’t hot. Will not try it again.

My medium petro cup was barely half full of food. The chili was barely warm (I’m certain it is not meeting code). The chili had maybe three beans, other than that it was only liquid (I am not exaggerating). I was not given a reiceipt or I would have used it to complain. I would have complained there but the line was twelve people deep and I didn’t want to spend the rest of lunch time complaining.
